Puter cant find USB printer
running windows 2000, recently bought a printer that uses a USB cable to
connect to the computer but the computer can naver find the printer.. after searching thru available ports for a printer to run on all that is listed is COM and LPT ports. can anybody tell me how to make windows 2000 find a printer thru a USB port? is it possible to buy adapters for USB plugs that can fit into the normal printer ports ? James |

you may want to check usb is enabled in bios,and make sure you have loaded
