Default SLI unstable...

OK, I started a thread on 6800GTs refusing to SLI about 10 days ago.
Then I made some tests (swapping cards, older drivers, one board
only...). Windows seemed unable to allocate resources for both boards.
Yesterday I did a clean multiboot installation of XP in a different
drawer, installed the drivers, et voila! SLI working. Then I rebooted
into the previous installation... SLI working. But it's not a rule. The
clean XP always works, the older one works 1/3 of the times following
obscure rules... It's funny, isn't it? Am I the only one who experiences
these problems?

Salvatore
