Default Abit IC7-G Max II w/ iP4-2,8 GHz: OC Settings

Hi!

Could anyone please tell/help me with my settings to gain the highest/safest
oc performance when I let you know about my hardwa

Abit IC7-G Max II
Intel Pentium "Northwood-C" 2,8 GHz / 800 (SL6WJ - Costa Rica)
Zalman CNPS-7000-CU (CPU Cooler)
Kingston HyperX PC3500 ~ 2 x 256 DDR-RAM MB
Asus V9520/TD GeforceFX 5200 w/ 128 MB DDR-RAM (AGP)
Maxtor DiamondPlus9 / 80 GB. (ATA133)

If you have a similar system, what/how did you set your settings in the bios
menu? What is your fsb? Vcore? RAM timings? etc.

Hope anyone can help me a little since I have tried for a while without any
good luck, it always jam/freeze for me... :-((
