I can sympathise with some of your comments Chris. I too have had boxes from
ebuyer marked with other customers' return details. However, on each
occasion, the content has been perfect and not faulty/damaged/tarnished in
any way.

Perhaps I've been lucky but I am surmising that not all returns are broken
or incomplete and it is acceptable practice that the non-faulty items are
sent out to subsequent customers. However, I can also see how this could
easily lead to a legitimate return being incorrectly restocked.

You could just be the unlucky recipient of one of these returns but it
appears you have received broken or damaged items on a number of occasions.
This would certainly intimate dodgy practice by ebuyer.

Could you provide details of all these occurrences rather than post lots of
one sentence rants? At least that way readers can have a better idea of
whether you have a valid point or whether you're just a whinger.

D'oh! I put "whinger" in my earlier post when, of course, I meant "tosser"
