No. But then I don't know of any computer that will run everything perfectly. (But yours sounds more than competent to run any curent app or game, assuming it's configured properly. ;) |

You might have trouble running the latest Solaris with a full enterprise installation of Oracle but otherwise, it should bhe ok for running most desktop apps and games -- TP |

You didn't mention what motherboard. Avoid those VIA chipsets. I always buy
Asus because they are the best |

Just to be clear: ASUS makes boards with VIA chipsets. For Intel procs I
always go ASUS mobo w/ Intel chipset. For AMD procs I have had great results with ASUS mobo nForce2 chipset. -phil "Mike" wrote in message ... You didn't mention what motherboard. Avoid those VIA chipsets. I always buy Asus because they are the best |

Don't forget the nuclear selv-contained UPS power supply. Just in case skynet nukes start falling from sky and there is no electricity. For real, it's a nice system. SHOULD run almost all games\apps nicely in 1280*1024 or above with no problem.. |

You will still need a motherboard, case, PSU, hard-drives etc. . .:P -- Wayne ][ Concepts, Theory, Learning Curves, and woman with big bOObs! |

"Chris" waxed eloquent in
ogers.com: Alright i'm getting a p4 2.6 ghz with a Radeon 9800 pro 128meg and pc 3200 1gig ram. Will this run everything perfect? Only as long as you only run up to DOS 6.22 on it. Maybe even only DOS 3. As soon as you install Window$, it's gonna crash... Actually looks like a very nice PC, depending on the MB, etc... -- ------------------------------------- Reply to for SPAM only All others use: m0ng0lh0rde @ ukonline . co . uk Remove spaces to send Thank you ------------------------------------- |

I have what you want, only I am using an AMD processor, the Athlon 2800 + XP
(Barton core). It will cost you less and will run everything faster, with the exception of mpeg video encoding. So, if you are not going to use this machine for video encoding, take the money you were going to spend on the Pentium chip, and spend it on an AMD 64 bit processor and good ASUS motherboard.
