Default Gigagyte RMA 7 weeks? Still no card

I did a Gigabyte RMA Nov 2 2005, they have had my 6800 GT AGP for 7 weeks,
every time I talk to them they E-mail saying still testing will ship end of
week. This has happened 4 times, card was only 4 months old when it broke
WTF. It went to California to be repaired, is this common to take this long,
did they lose it, can't fix it, or can't replace it? If anyone works for
them help, this sucks.

It's time to talk to someone up the line.

Have you tried calling Gigabyte instead? If you cannot talk to a live
person, it might be a good idea to buy your next card from a North
American-based board maker (eVGA, BFG, even ATi...).
