Default AMD Athlon 550Mhz reboots after visiting website

I have Linux and Windows 98 installed on my Slot A SD11 motherboard w/ a
550Mhz Athlon processor. If I visit http://members.optushome.com.au
wcallen/ in either os, I reboot after loading ~80% of the page. The
manufacturer's website has nothing on this.

I'm tempted to recycle my motherboard, but the hardware upgrade for both
OS's makes me hesistant. What is the best way to upgrade a motherboard?

If you are using modem with motorola chipset i thing it is possible. There
are some problems with AMD processors and winmodems with motorola chips.

Actually I don't reboot when I use a Mozilla browser in SuSE Linux. My DSL
modem is a 56 COM. Pretty sure it isn't a Winmodem because of my Linux.
