OT Interesting Note
"Big Bob Smith" wrote Other than Service Packs (which seem to fiz alot of MS created problems and break more stuff) .........its not like MS provides any type of "real" support anyway..................... You've never dealt with Microsoft Support then. You know - the $99/incident by email stuff? It is excellent. And if you have a premier contract, it's even better.
