SCSI ASYN Mode
Can someone please confirm if a SCSI hotswap drive comes up reporting its
speed as ASYN, does this mean it is limited to 1.5 to 5 MB / sec? What causes an ultra-80 device to back down to that speed? -- Will

Not cabling termination or adapter in this case since all other drives in

Also, have you tried another drive in its place? What kinda server and controller are you using ? - LC
