Default Did my video card go bad?

System

MOBO: Soyo SY-p4I875P Dragon 2
CPU: P4 3.2 Ghz HT
RAM: 2 GB
AGP: ASUS V9520 (GeForce FX 5200)
LCD: Dell 1900FP
OS: Win 2000 SP4
Built: Aug-2003

Symptoms

I came back to my desk after a long, torturous meeting and my lcd monitor
was in sleep mode (normal behavior). It failed to wake up, however, when
moving the mouse or keys. System reset yield no signal on DVI port of lcd.
I connected the LCD to another system - lcd is ok. Tried a different DVI
cable - no change. Connect VGA cable between video card and lcd and reset.
combination works ok.

I'm suspicious that the video card expired. Could it possibly be the mother
board?

Any advice is much appreciated.
