I have a EVO D530 P4/2.66Ghz system board. I try to use
it in a normal non hp chassis. I have a Kingston PC3200 DDR RAM. The cpu fan begin to turn and stop immediatly. Nothing appear on the screen My question, is a cpu regulator power needed to work ? Or, what is absolutly needed to make the mobo work ? |
