Default Windows server video capture hardware/software

Hi!

Can anyone suggest some video capture hardware and software that will
allow TV capturing on a Windows Server (2000 or 2003) when there is no
user logged into the computer?

I'm trying to build a Network PVR (Personal Video Recorder) so I can
watch my shows on whatever PC I happen to be sitting at. Also, the
server is never shut down, so it makes for a good VCR.

I currently have an PCI ATI TV Wonder for video capture. For software
I've taken a look at PowerVCR II v3.0. The software looks good, but
doesn't run as a service, so it won't run when nobody is logged in.
Also, when accessed through Terminal Services, it won't capture audio.

Can anyone suggest what I might try to accomplish this?

What newsgroups should I be posting this to?

Thanks!
