Does it true TDK Cyclone 52x32x52x is OEM of Lite-on 52x32x52 drive ?

I dont have that drive, I have a real LiteOn, but I did have a TDK drive & I
can tell you that TDK makes THEIR OWN drives, or atleast they did, and I
have no idea why they would EVER outsource something THEY built their
reputation on, in so far as optical writings.
