HP Proliant server with an HP Smart Array 400

Hello all,

I've got this sever which was originally configured some years ago.
Now I want to reconfigure the RAID array on it (HP Smart Array) and
apparently you need a special stand-alone CD-based utility to do it
with. I have tried the HP ACU (Array Control Utility) from he

But so far this thing hangs on boot.

Has anybody had to use that special utility for Smart Arrays? If so,
am I using the right one?

At any rate, any advice would be helpful. Like I said, I remember that
I used something 3.5 years ago - I just can't possibly recall what it
was.
