Default Anyone have poor TV picture quality with the AIW9700Pro?

I used an AIW 8500 DV with MMC 7 and the picture was better than my
tv. I "upgraded" to MMC 8 and the picture quality is bad. No
sharpness to the picture. Upgraded to an AIW9700 Pro and the same
problem, the picture is not sharp. Anyone encountered this and have
and have any ideas?
