Default GigaRaid Disk Mismatch

I have 6 Maxtor DiamondMax8 40G drives, all have identical labels but only
four setup correctly with a Mirror.

The exact difference is 2x39204 MB vs. 4x39205 MB on these disks.

Any idea now to fix this?

Use the smaller drives as the Clone From drives.

With RAID 1, drives will only be able to clone *to* equal or greater size.

If they are supposed to be the exact same model, then look for a firmware
patch for the drives to fix this permanently or try using the (thanks to
Paul in the Asus news group):

"Try the Hitachi (former IBM) Feature Tool ? People claim it works
with more than just Hitachi drives. Post back whether it works fo
you or not.

Thanks, just swapped one of the smaller ones to be the auto-rebuild source.
