Every time I try to run 3d Mark 05 (free version) with over (or
under) clocked cpu and ram, it crashes. This is reproducible and
consistent, although not always on the same point.

Anyone can help?

It is simple.
Your ram is overclocked over it own capacity to be overclocked.

It happened to me also when my pc3200 (200mhz) is over clocked to
205... (i got bad ram)

It also happened when the timing is not set correctly.

You should try ut2004 it also crash like 3dmark05 when the cpu is
overclocked... With the trouble you have.
