Default snapstream Beyond TV 3 unknown login

In Snapstream's knowledgebase Article #1185 at

http://kb.snapstream.com/Kb.aspx?kbid=1185

they discuss an unknown login prompt after you click the Watch Live TV
from a remote web browser but they give a cryptic resolution that only
a web developer could understand. They have no telephone tech support
and their e-mail response is painfully slow.

Does anyone know how to overcome this login screen or know what login
information it is actually asking for?
