[Linux] Help: Virtual vs. Real desktop's size?
Hello all!
I would like to have the monitor's resolution to 1280x1024 and my TV to 800x600, so that I could watch a movie in my TV using full screen...and seeing the full screen!. Now I only see a part of the movie´s screen. I do not success making the real and virtual desks the same size on my TV :-( I have tried with YANC and NVTV, but no success at all :-( I´ve maid a lot of googles and a lot of tests with different metamodes in my XF86Config-4 file and nothing! :-( Could anybody help me or orientate me? What´s wrong? Could be something else than the XFConf file? What to check? My card is a GeForce2 MX440. I attach my XFConf file (I use XFree 4.3): THANK YOU!!!!
