Boot up issues/Hangup during BIOS startup
Hi!
My self assembled PC makes some problems: Often it works fine, but sometimes i have to turn it on and off about 20 times until the BIOS will even do its first beep. This seems to be a static issue? Ifg i remove the side walls of the ATX case, this seems to help. What can i do about the problem? Thomas Korimort. |

I would remove the cpu and sink, clean both, reapply thermal compounds, then reassemble. http://www.pcmech.com/byopc/step/5/ -- Mac Cool |
