Default ATI TV remote, channel +/- buttons don't work

Hi folks,

I bought an ATI TV Wonder Pro, installed it, and then my normally-wonderful
girlfriend threw the box away almost immediately. In other words, I can't
take it back.

Problem: The Channel +/- buttons on the remote don't work. The other buttons
on the remote work, like the Volume +/- buttons, the mute button, even
directly entering the channel numbers on the remote.

But the Channel +/- buttons simply don't work. I'm hoping it's a setting I'm
missing, but I can't figure it out. I hope the remote isn't broken from the
factory, because I'm stuck with it.

Does anyone have any ideas? Please help.

Greg

Why cant you exchange it? If you are in the US most stores will exchange it
but you wont get the box.
