Default Speedstep?

Just wondering, what happens if you o/c a computer with Speedstep? Will
it still work/go differently?

Answer would depend to an overwhelming extent on how you set the power
management settings on the PC in question up. If you turn off all the clock
modulation stuff, the computer should behave just like any other.
