Speedstep?

Just wondering, what happens if you o/c a computer with Speedstep? Will it still work/go differently? Answer would depend to an overwhelming extent on how you set the power management settings on the PC in question up. If you turn off all the clock modulation stuff, the computer should behave just like any other. -- Richard Hopkins Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom (replace nospam with pipex in reply address) The UK's leading technology reseller www.dabs.com |
