You don't have the cpu cooler on right if it's that hot.

Hi,

I have sempron 2800+ and the temperature is about 60 degrees c. It's box

Unlike that old 486 intel.. This new sempron needs something called a
Heatsink and it also needs something called a Fan

If the boxed cooler is all aluminum, then most definately. A TR2-M1 or
-M3 would work great for about $8.

Something is wrong. Either you have NO airflow through your case or the
heatsink in not mounted right.
