She may however be right, but the only way to find out is to try it with the 300w PSU and replace it if need be. Wouldn't it be nice if mainboard makers would include power supply consumption in the BIOS setup readout or wherever. Hey, maybe Microsoft will do that in Windows someday [not a chance]. That is my opinion, food for thought, please don't take it personally. |
