Default Tip for 7N400 owners: use VCool instead :-)

Looks like I spoke too soon. After my success with CpuIdle I thought
I'd give VCool another try. Lo and behold, after enabling Cool Bit and
disabling Halt Detect, the temperature dropped 12 degrees as it did
with CpuIdle. Perhaps my recent update to the F9 BIOS has something to
do with it, but more likely I missed something in my earlier fiddling
with VCool.

Note that VCool Alpha 1.6 was used.
