Default How many of these should I worry about?

I've just done a basic system scan with Sandra and it's thrown up a number
of things - how many of these should I be worried about, how many are
urgent, and how to correct those that are - I'm especially worried about the
graphics card - it's not been the same since I upgraded the CPU...

PCI /Aux temperature - 51°C (is this dangerously high?)

Mainboard temp is too high (though it doesn't inform me what 'too high' is)

AGP Bus is unused or AGP card not fully AGP compatible (it should be - it's
a Radeon 9700 Pro, what should I do about this, I have been having graphics
issues, dialogue boxes appearing black, screen flickering)

Current AGP data rate not optimal (what *is* optimal?)

9700 Pro secondary - card does not have an interrupt assigned (should it?)

Simple IP services (echo, DayTime, etc) enabled, check this is required (is
it?)

Thanks
