maybe a shot out of the blue but have you tried taking the pc2700 stick out
with just the pc3200 ram in? I have known of people that have had mixed
memory speed ram and had similar problems.

Default 133FSB probs

Hi

I just upgraded from a Athlon 1ghz to a Athlon XP 2400 on a Gigabyte
GA-7VXP Motherboard. Now the Athlon XP 2400 works perfectly at a 100FSB
(XP1800) but the system won't post with a 133FSB.

I have tried everything as far as I know. Changed Memory configurations,
took out drives etc.

I have the latest Bios. Temps are fine at 40 degrees CPU.

Windows XP
Athlon XP 2400
Gigabyte GA-7VRXP rev 1.1
1 Crucial DDR 2700
1 Twinmos DDR 3200
Western Digital Caviar 80gb
Radeon 8500
Adsl Modem in a pci slot.
Dvd Drive
CDRW Drive

Please someone help. This problem is driving me crazy!

Appreciate any help and I'll keep you posted if I ever solve the damn
problem!

Dan
