K8-NXP SLi Temperature Sensors
Hi guys
Having just built my K8-NXP based setup, I have run a few tests, and I notice than some tools are picking up temperature sensor 3 as 69 degrees C. Anyone know if what this is measuring - my CPU temp is about 28-30 C - so that's OK. Interestingly, nTune doesn't seem to show this sensor Cheers Stu |

Most likely your power supply temp.

Only way to drops temps is have good airflow or more fans or have something blowing directly onto the chipset. |
