Default TV Out problem

I have an FX 5200. I currently have it set up in clone mode with an s-video
cable running to a TV. Everything works fine except I get scrolling
horizontal lines/bars on the TV. I have tried Dual View mode with reduced
resolution, etc. and the lines remain. My daughter is doing the same thing
except with a Radeon video card and she is not getting the lines. Has
anyone encountered this and is there a solution? Thanks for your help.

Could be incorrect PAL/NTSC setting. Make sure the driver setting
matches your TV standard.
