Default Error programming bios GF4 TI4200

hi,
I've a creative GF4Ti4200 64mb and i'm not able to flash the bios:

nvflash can erase and read the memory but when I try to flash the rom
I get the following error:

"Exceeded maximum wait time to program a single page: 200ms"

does anybody has any idea?

I need to flash the rom because the card is not working and in my
opinion the bios is corrupted..
