Default Twinview FullScreen Video Problem

x-archive-no: yes

I am currently usng a GF 5900 Ultra with a twinview setup - 18" TFT primary,
15" TFT secondary.

When trying to use full screen video mode on the secondary some applications
force the monitor to display "cannot display this video mode". Full screen
device is set to auto-select in the NVIDIA control panel.

Most stuff played through windows media player is fine, some channels on my
Digital TV card are ok whereas others cause the error message (V odd!), and
Win DVD wont display (although disabling full screen device means I can drag
WinDVD onto the secondary display and force it to display full screen that
way and it's OK, although this wont work for the TV card).

Has anyone any thoughts on this? I assume the full screen mode is forcing a
resolution the TFT can't handle but I can't see how to override this.

Your suggestions are very welcome!

Thanks

Gav

You'll have to delete a section in the n4disp.inf file and reinstall again.
The driver forces to use 720x576 (pal) or 720x480 (ntsc) if you delete it it
forces to 800x600.
Haven't found away out to force to 1024x768.
Withe the 30.xx driver it worked. But after 50.xx it doesn't!
Heres the modified inf entry:

HKR,, NV_Modes, %REG_MULTI_SZ%, "{*}S 1024x768=1

Look for it and change it to my setting!
