Default geforce fx 5900 ultra temp monitoring progam

I'm wondering if there is a program to monitor and/or record the temp of the
gpu for the fx9500 ultra, I know i can use display properties...etc to view
it. If not can I get technical info (api/dll call, which dll to access and
any other info needed. For example that call I'm sure would bring up the
temp in some variable form, I would need the formula to transfer that to
degrees Celsius) Thanks for the help
