Maybe even specifically targeted at a ti4200?

All i did was install the registry fix, google "coolbits".
Ti4200 64M 4x @ 286/612

Yes but how will I know things like how big the graphic aperture size should
be? These kind of things are not explained.

Oh yeah and I get artifacts when i overclock it too, how do I know what the
best settings are. SHould I set core clock high and memory clock not as
high or vice versa? etc.

I get a score of 8000. How did you get 14000? I have the 128mb version,
xp, 1.7ghz celeron.
