Default Fix found for USB power always on GA-7N400 after shut down

If you want USB devises to switch off when the PC is shut down
as this does not occur with some new Gigabyte M/B's ie GA-7N400 pro2
e.g.
I had a 6x way mains power strip that powered my monitor, router, printer, etc
and switched off via the USB port when the PC was shut down

Solution buy a cheep PCI - 2 or 4 port USB Host Adaptor
The PCI slot doesn't stay powered after shut down

Now well Happy Gigabyte M/B's owner!!!!!!!
