Cooling a 8800GTX using Swiftech MCW60
Hi!
I own an ASUS GF8800 GTX and I want to watercool it. I got a Zalman Reserator 2 waiting. It has been some difficulties finding a waterblock in stores where I live (Norway). I was thinking of the AquaComputer waterblock, but they can't deliver for a long time. I have settled on the Swiftech MCW60 with the G80 bracket and the RAM heatsinks. Now, I can't get hold of the MOSFET heatsinks. How important is it to cool these parts of the card? If possible, I'll probably leave them out and run with only the waterblock, RAM and I/O heatsink. |
