Default [7VAXP] How to use SPDIF output ?

Hi folks,

My PC has a 7VAXP with SPDIF output, but I cannot seem to get something on
SPDIF coax output under W2000 + media player. My digital preamp (NAD 118)
seems to have problems synchronising with PC data stream.

- In the sound control panel, I selected SPDIF output and made sure "mute"
was not checked ;
- in AC97 sound configuration, I selected "analog+digital output" under
"SPDIF output" tab ; the "speaker" tab has "2 channel stereo" selected

I have the latest VIA 4in1 drivers as well as Realtek update.

Am I missing something ?

Thanks in advance for your advice
