Default 169.13 Driver Fanspeed Bug with WinXP standby mode

Hi, the 169.13 driver puts the fan into manual mode instead of automatic,
when powering up from a Standby operation.

You can see the problem by mousing over the fanspeed options in Adjust GPU
Settings, it has swapped the manual/automatic button settings .

Anyone have a quick fix for this issue? thx!

rms
