Default Asus Star Ice fit on Abit IC7 Max3?

Current setup has P4 3.0C @ 3.5GHz with Intel hsk/fan and 2x512MB OCZ PC4000
in dimms 1 and 3. Got an oem P4 3.2C chip coming soon. Was thinking of the
Star Ice for cooling. Anyone managed to squeeze one of these buggers into a
Max3 with a ram module in dimm1?
