Default ABit BH6- no boot

Need input on where to go next. Power supply in PC crapped out, replaced
with a new one of equal wattage. After turn on, machine will not boot, black
screen. Pulled all boards except video card, no boot. Substituted
different videocard, nothing. Tried a different CPU & different ram,
nothing. Discharcharged CMOS & checked battery voltage. Checked all voltages
from new supply & all are ok. Tried new keyboard, nothing. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
