Just about any local computer shop, or hundreds of online sellers.

Nexfan.com is running a blowout on their Socket 7 coolers.

(look down at the bottom of the page)

Make sure you get an aluminum or copper/aluminum one however. Some crummy
heatsinks used to be made out of steel (back when they could get away with
it) but the thermal characteristics are not very good on these.
