Default HP Insight management help ML530

Hi folks,

Hoping someone can shed some light on my problem.

I recently installed the Insight management software on my ML530 and find that when I open the management web page the HP Management Agents for Servers (Server component), HP Management Agents for Servers (storage component) and HP Management Agents for Servers (foundation component) are not accessible. Is there a component I am missing? Is this a config issue? I have played with this a little but cannot see how I can enable this.

Thanks,

Dave

what version did you install ?

Did you apply the whole PSP? 7.20 or 7.10 ?

The drivers from 7.20 are good, but the agents are broken. You need to use the 7.10 agents, etc.

Do you have the SNMP protocol installed and configured? Did you go through the insight agane configuration from the remote deployment utility ?
