Need help see url for problem

Hi,

I have a problem with a game called
Sonic Adventure.

My computer system:

Operating system : Windows Xp
Windows Media player : 9.00.00.3075
DirectX : 9.0b
Nvidia Geforce 4 Ti4200 128mb drivers : 53.03 (tested it also with 52.16)

Can't see the intro of the game but I hear the music playing in the
background.
Finally I see the Start screen of the game where I have to press enter.
I see the menu's but the characters are like on url:

(resolution was 1024x768)
When I want to play the game I see this :
http://users.pandora.be/symtex/sonic.jpg

Can anyone say what's the problem and what I can do to solve it ?
