Default Ref the Missing Icons CORRECTION COPY

Yesterday I was running a program called PC Tools and it went through
its activities
Clean your Registry and Compact Your Registry it finished and I hit the
finish button and again the icons came on and again disappeared. So I
will assume and all of a sudden there must be a correctable problem that
won't allow the icons to be visible. But at least I know (I think) that
they are there but just not visible.
