Default Bus ISA and floppy

Hi everybody,
I search the diagram of an ISA card with a DiskOnChip.
It must emulate a floppy.

I had a card PCD-897, if you have the diagram, skeletom of this card, i'm
also interrest.

A card with RAM and battery , ramflash can also be solutions....

No one here is likely to have a schematic of an ISA card.

Why not just use floppy emulation software?
