Default Problems with P4B533-E and Pure UDMA Hacked Bios

I installed the Lumberjacker Pure UDMA bios onto my P4B533-E. I'm using
1014 U.

I wanted to use one of the RAID channels for a single CD burner. So I
plugged in the CD drive into the primary channel, and set the switch to
master.

The bios installed just fine, but Windows isn't detecting the CD drive.

When I boost the system, the Promise Raid kicks in and detects the fact
that there is a CD drive hooked up to the primary channel. I then get a
message saying that no drives are attached, so the BIOS won't be
installed.

When I load into Windows XP, everything's fine, but the CD drive on the
RAID controller doesn't load.

This is on a completely new install.

Can anyone give me some insights into what I need to do to enable the CD
drive?

I don't know about your board, but I am running the hacked Lumberjacker Pure
UDMA on my A7V333. I had to load a hacked driver as well as the bios. Did
you do the same?
