Default Agilent HHBA-5418 2Gbit Adapter with HP Proliant?

I noticed that Agilent brands its own 2Gbit fibre channel cards, such as
Agilent part number HHBA-5418. Do these numbers correspond to any of the
HP branded fibre cards used in the Proliant systems?

AFAIK ... HP OEM's from Emulex and Qlogic only for Proliant Servers.

All these cards "used" to have a FCC ID/Registration number on them. That
enabled you to look up that number and see the original manufacturer
regardless of brand stamped/printed on the board.

I don't know if boards are still required to show that id number, but if it
were there, it would enable you to see who actually built it.

Back when I had a repair shop, we would get some boards/cards with no names.
The FCC number search would allow us to see who made it and find the proper
drivers.

Phil
