Default PC doesnt boot first time and doesnt shutdown

Hi,

ABIT Fatality an8 sli mobo, 1GB DDR, 430 WATT Antec PSU

All of a sudden a week ago I come to switch the PC on from the power button
on the Case and nothing. I can see the mobo illuminated red from its onboard
mobo lighting so there is power to the PC. I have to keep pressing the
button about 30 times or keep pulling the plug and replacing and it
eventually spotaneously boots up. Also when I click STARTSHUTDOWN, it
actually shuts down the pc fully, and as soon as the fans are powering down
it spontaneoulsy powers up the pc again.

Any ideas this is driving me mad.

....same thing happened to me, turned out I left an iPod Shuffle plugged in
to the USB port. The PC was attempting to boot off of the iPod. Unplugged
it and everything was back to normal, except the partion on the Shuffle was
hosed.

Just got one of these recently, also got one for a mate.
Can't fault them at the price, pretty quiet too.
