Default Best budget P4 board (sub £100) for overclocking?

On board LAN is necessary, RAID would be good and I assume that USB2 ports
are standard on most boards these days? I am NOT bothered about on board
sound/graphics, having a 9800 Pro and an Audigy 2 but, to my mind an NIC is
just a waste of a slot, when you can buy boards with it integrated.

It will be running a HyperThreaded 2.4 (is there any other kind?) and I hope
to over clock it to 2.8 or so.

What about RAM? A mate of mine (who's sales manager for Chillblast.com)
swears by OCZ Gold but it's horrendously expensive but, according to him,
it's the best for overclocking.

I'm moving to Intel because I'm sick to the back teeth of this dying on me
every 48 hours. I want a fast, reliable system - not too much to ask, is it?

Thanks
