Borderless/Edge-to-edge printer wanted - recommendations please?
Would like to get a printer that prints right up to the edge of the
paper. Can anyone please recommend a printer that does this and one that is for home use (not in a business environment or anything like that). Heard about the HP3650 that the reviews were pretty good but am still trying to find reviews on it and what it actually does/does not do. Thanks |

A Canon i860 will serve you quite nicely. Blazing fast, cheap ink and p=
rints borderless photos on everything from 4x6 to 8.5x11 paper. Plus it has a= dedicated ink for printing text. In europe the model is i865, the difference is you get the ability to pr= int on CDR and DVDR with a special attachment, that we in the USA don't get = due to some patent BS. |

Thanks The HP 5150 printer is a good printer as well that will print borlerless prints. You can find them for $99 or less at most computer stores. Mike |

I have the 1280 and the (photo) 900. On the latter, I had to use a different drive to make it behave like the 1280. I especially like the roll feed on thes printers---I can crank out borderless 4x6 snaps almost as fast as the printer can print them. Canon getting good press lately, but no roll paper options ************************** Mark Herring, Pasadena, Calif. Private e-mail: Just say no to "No". |

I would think it would be just as fast, no? -----= Posted via Newsfeeds.Com, Uncensored Usenet News =----- http://www.newsfeeds.com - The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! -----== Over 100,000 Newsgroups - 19 Different Servers! =----- |
