The Skins have been dropped in this update. Strange. You can confirm it in
the directory. Their is no
C:\ATI\SUPPORT\9-6_xp32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu\Driver\CCC\Skins.

Why would they do that?

For me, card HD4770, all ATI Overdrive panel is greyed,no changes possible, not the case with 9.5

There's a large key button on the overdrive panel. Hit it to unlock.

Skins were actually dropped in Cat 9.5. No explanation was given last
month when that happened.
Maybe their contract with Stardock (WindowBlinds) ran out?

I am one of those who don't use skins.

I have a 4850 with a 1920x1200 main monitor, and a component HDTV as
2nd monitor. I had been using 9.4 and did not do an uninstall before
installing 9.6. After the 9.6 setup completed the main (1st) monitor
resolution briefly displayed at the correct 1920x1200 then quickly
reset itself to 640x480. Set it back to 1920x1200 then set my 2nd
monitor, a component HDTV, to one of its custom resolutions, hit
Apply, and then the 1st monitor again was reset to 640x480.
Apparently, whenever I change the 2nd monitor rez the 1st mon gets
reset. I never saw this behavior with any prior cats with which I
frequently changed the 2nd mon/HDTV rez to test various underscanned
rez's.
